Excellent. Above and beyond customer service. My family and I have moved 17 times in 20 years with the military. I have had the pleasure of dealing with some good companies and the displeasure of dealing with surly, lazy inconsiderate ones. This company clearly operates as the model for customer service, efficiency, and quality. I can only assume that all of their employees are held to a very high standard. Even so, the crew seemed to actually enjoy doing their best. From the clear, complete and timely scheduling and set up to the thorough care given to the handling and packing of our household goods, Family Movers set the bar. Highly recommended! Thanks to Nate who scheduled and managed our move and the excellent crew that handled our packout. They even made a side trip to my home to pick up some items that I was not able to fit in our storage facility.
