Responsibilities:

As the Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all facets of our operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our moving services to our valued customers.

- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and logistics.

- Manage and lead a team of movers and drivers, ensuring proper training and motivation for delivering high-quality service.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

- Monitor and oversee fleet activity and performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
