Responsibilities

As a Foreman at 495 Movers, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing the team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless execution of our moving services, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the moving team, providing guidance and motivation to deliver high-quality service.
Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers during the packing, loading, and unloading processes, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Operational Oversight: Collaborate with the Operational Manager to execute daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and logistics.
Training and Development: Ensure team members are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Assurance: Uphold company standards by monitoring the packing, loading, and unloading processes to guarantee excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in a foreman role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Language Skills: Bilingual-speaking proficiency is a strong advantage.

Experience Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a foreman role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
